Whole30 Dallas Duo Kick-Off
Join Whitness Nutrition and blogger Loubies and Lulu for the initial kick off of Whole30 Dallas Duo! They will discuss rules, strategies, social outings and address any and all concerns. A curated menu and Whole30 approved coffee bar will be available. Spots are limited and sign-up is required.
Barre & Bites New Year’s Soiree
Barre & Bites, hosted by bloggers Janna and Ginger, is an annual fitness event bringing together fitness enthusiasts around DFW and raise money for organizations in need. This event is all about starting our resolutions on the right foot. After the workout, enjoy swanky party stations to get pampered and freshened up. Of course there will be some yummy bites and a little booze – it is a new year after all!

Brawl Party on the Plaza
Kick off the New Year on a high note with a Brawl kickboxing class, one of the top fitness classes in the country according to SELF magazine! Join The Barre Code and Sonia Azad at WFAA Studios at Victory Park for their Party on the Plaza. Everyone who attends will get a free week of classes at The Barre Code Dallas – Design District to continue their 2018 fitness goals. Wear athletic shoes and bring water. RSVP is required.
Weight Lifting Form & Technique Workshop
We all want to get the most out of our workouts, right? This workshop will give you the knowledge you need to perform exercises correctly in your classes so that you can reap every benefit each exercise has to offer! The workshop will cover – importance of proper exercise technique, correct form, how to avoid injury during workouts, and muscle specific stretches.
