8-9 am : Tai Chi with El Centro College @ Klyde Warren Park
Join a Professor from El Centro College as you learn the Chinese martial arts technique of Tai Chi! This class is FREE and it is recommended that students wear loose, comfortable clothes and gym shoes.
9-10 am: Intense Workouts with Bryan and Dr. Bruce @ Klyde Warren Park
Before you start grubbing on some Brunch, burn some calories at Boot camp! This is a FREE 1 hour high intensity interval work out and we can’t wait to jump right in. We suggest you bring sunscreen, a towel and water. If you’re feeling extra fit, bring your own personal small dumbbells too.
10-11 am : Yoga @ Klyde Warren Park
We highly recommend this class, keep an eye out for our review of last month’s visit! The Dallas Yoga Center is hosting this FREE yoga session on the East Lawn and they are perfect instructors for all levels of yogis.
11 am : Bridal Bootcamp @ Lorna Jane West Village
Hey Brides, this is just for you! Rock that body and get it into shape so that you can say YES to the dress! As you work out, you’ll also have a great FREE opportunity to socialize with other brides and talk wedding plans.
12 pm : Goddess Fit @ Lorna Jane West Village
Get your sassy pants on for this FREE work out! The upbeat class will make you feel sassy and sexy as you use a combination of body weight circuits and HIIT as well as simple cardio inspired dance moves!

2-4 pm : Summer Sweat Series 2016
Once a month throughout the summer until September, Westin Galleria and GRIT Fitness are partnered up to bring us a bikini blastin’ work out! From 2-4 pm participants will sweat & shop indoors then from 4-6 pm join your fitness squad outside by the cabanas and cool off in the pool. This month’s work out is Dance Club Cardio! We’ve already booked out calendar for all 4 months, join us!
6:30 pm : Nike Train Tuesday
If you haven’t read about it on the blog already, we love NortPark’s Nike Train Club. Here is your opportunity to join in on one of the best sweats in Dallas, and JUST DO IT! This Tuesday, CrossFit PacElm will be hosting a high intensity interval work out fit for anyone from beginner to athlete. The class is 45 minutes. 1 pm: #OrlandoUnited Rides at SOULCYCLE
Heartbroken by the recent events in Orlando, Soulcycle is offering studios the opportunity to show their #SOULPride with Orlando United Rides. These rides will support the victims and families of the Orlando Attack, 100% percent of the proceeds from these rides will go directly to Equality Florida’s Pulse Victims Fund. 12 – 4 pm : Zenergize Your Life with Marzia Price & Brittany Madrid
Located in the heart of West Village, Lorna Jane is sponsoring this great afternoon of socializing and fitness! We already have our FREE tickets and you should too! With a full line up from HIIT to Yoga to Cardio workouts, Marzia and Brittany plan on adding more Zen to your life. This event will also include food seminars and a meet/greet event. Can’t make the entire event? That’s okay! The event is scheduled around 30-60 minute intervals of activities, come when you can. Classes will be held inside Lorna Jane but everything else will be in the West Village Pavillion area.

Two classes will be heald, the 9:30am class will consist of a normal barre code class followed by the 10:30 am Namaslay class (HIIT/Barre Stretch combo) . Grab a date or get ready to mingle! Klyde Warren has invited you to Tango the night away with Dallas dance masters. Beginning at 5:30 pm there will a FREE introduction to Tango class, then around 6:15 pm the masters will show us how its done with a grand performance before opening up the dance floor for the rest of the evening to all levels of dancers!
